These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kriptogram: Kelime Oyunu (the “Game”) and this website, both operated by Misha Games Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Game or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. The Game and Updates

We provide the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game at any time, including features, content, advertising, and technical requirements.

The Game may require an internet connection for advertising, analytics, attribution, updates, or other online features. Your mobile carrier or internet provider may charge you for data use.

2. Licence to Use the Game

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game on a device you own or control, solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial use.

This licence does not give you ownership of the Game or any of its content. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Misha Games Studio and its licensors.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Game in violation of applicable law or regulation;
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Game except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Game, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, or other tools intended to interfere with the Game or its services;
• interfere with the operation, security, advertising, measurement, or attribution systems of the Game; or
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Game is supported by advertising and uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, and technical performance. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Our collection and use of information in connection with the Game is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game, website, and all associated content—including software, artwork, graphics, audio, text, gameplay design, trademarks, and logos—are owned by or licensed to Misha Games Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not use our name, logo, trademarks, or other brand assets without our prior written permission, except as necessary to refer to the Game in a lawful and non-misleading way.

6. Availability and No Warranty

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but the Game and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or legal right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Misha Games Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Game if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, used the Game unlawfully, or interfered with its operation or security. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

9. App Store and Google Play

If you download the Game through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store’s terms and policies. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support for the Game, except where their own terms or applicable law say otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Game or website after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
